• The number of weeks your plants have vegged is a bad indicator of when they are ready to flower.
• Use the height of the plant as a gauge for determining the height they will finish at.
• Know your strain and how much additional growth it will produce while flowering.
• Know your grow rooms limit for vertical plant height and plan accordingly.
• Choose a growing method that works for your vertical space limitations and don’t over veg for your method.
• Create an even canopy by pruning, training, and rotating your plants.
• Flower only plants that are healthy and happy.

You can use the same room during the daylight time, but the flowering plant will need complete darkness for 12 hours for a photoperiod plant. I cant seperate rooms.

My problem is the heat at daytimes. I dont have anything to cool a closed box. So I cant make them a veg room. Even now with 2 open side, my seedlings cant grow because of high temps.
So it will be better if I dark all the room when temps are highest.

There wont be anymore vegging. I mean they'll veg on 12hours.
Oh I thought i told you that i am gonna try 12/12 from seed with my freebie seeds. I know they need at least be 3 weeks old before 12/12. But its fine for me i dont expect too much from them. I just wanna learn from them. Also I think none of them will appear as female. Maybe 1 if am luckky

Ahh, well black out that room completely. I have my bathroom and bedroom blacked out for my closet grow. I still use my bedroom, but I walk in the dark to go to sleep.

You don't have to grow in the box, you could just grow in the room if you black it out.

Btw I upgraded it to 300W. Had some spider mite issue. Lots of leaves fall. I bought parker neem oil and sprayed 2 times killed most of them but they keep comin from outside. So Ill keep spraying every 3 days.

yeah, if only i could find where to buy them. There is not any . Maybe i should go exploring grass and catch some.

She is doing realy great. I think she liked her new place. With more height and more ventilation.

Put a line of grease around your grow are -doors, windows etc helps stop them walking in petroleum jelly? for babys nappy rash etc get it from the supermarket, cheap and easy replaced

My freebies appeared to be male so I tossed them and added those cfls to this one, she is under 400W now. I fixed my LST for an even canopy.

Also I finally figured out that my major problem is not the spider mites.
She has manganese and phosphorus defi. Caused because high ph and too much cal-mag i assume. I cut the cal-mag from feeding. And bought new ph meter.

Leaves on the left mostly have P def and you can see brown spots on the left ones caused by manganese def.

Its been 26 days. Is it normal that tops getting yellowish?

from the pics they look great as far as I am concerned ,,Kudos,,very happy looking ladies I have been having to tie and bend my sour diesel over it is a pusher lol,,they look great

I have grown at least 20 runs of OG kush and she should certainly not look like that
How close is your light. I'm shocked that a CFL could do that.

thanks for lighting me.

that light bleached buds are half inch away from cfls. and they are on the middle of canopy. I guess too much penetration caused that. I use too much cfls for a small plant. Because they are all 23W bulbs.

Sounds like it. I'm still amazed that they could do that. Keep an eye on the bleached parts. Hopefully the wont die off and go mouldy.

EDIT I have just seen the photo with all the bulbs above your canopy. They are very concentrated. lol
