others have just been learning along the way..... learnt the hard way by not splashing out first time on equpiment and had to been buying new bits and bobs through all my grows......

No course not, I have a new temp controller for this next one.. I have a 3 bb dogs vegd up and cut for 4 heads and 3 white widow clones that are going in end of this week I just need to bleach room. Then while they in flower al be getting the bits and bobs I need for a 2.4

So what do you think affected your yields?

I think no topping my goji gals and having to supercrop mid flower affected yields.

hmm i think it differs with each strain..there are some i ran that on the first run were just topped and what not and then the untopped clones out yield them and then there is the exact opposite with others.

one thing that did surprise me is last run i vegged something for entirely too long so about week 2 or 3 i had to supercrop and instead of messing things up it exploded into a mini football of bud at the site i pinched. It was getting so tangled and thick there i was afraid of mold for the last 2 weeks before i chopped.

I think I've over vegged my first attempt at mainlining as well. I pruned the girls like CRAZY, but I left some under nuggage on the colas to make a crown. THey're only a week in, so I will have to wait and see if I played it right or if I want to adjust for the next try.

I cropped the shit out of them all through veg to keep the canopy moving outward, which I think will work out very well. only some mild bending on the previously cropped sites is all I'm doing from here out so I don't have any concerns in that regard.

I couldn't tell u flaming, my first mainline and grow with temp controller and stuff. Like my first few grows I'm trying to do it with just light and couple fans. Cheap way then every time I'm splashing out in the tent I am seeing the benefits of spending on decent equipment. Il be doing 1 more run in this 1.2 which I just bleached yesterday I'm going for soil today and will get my puppies out the veg room and be back on with the updates

A good environment really makes a huge difference in plant performance. I look forward to the day when I can afford to control mine again!

Hey if read most of this thread man! It's been very informative as i am looking at starting my first ML grow very soon. I dont know if i just missed it but have you already harvested?

If so what did you yield? and how many days were you flowering for?

"Splashing out" is a term used in the uk to say spending money.
