Lol I was only tripping because its on the biggest leaves and I thought those were the most important leaves. Gotta get a better cpu fan, after installing the longer heating duct the one I have doesn't have enough force to make it all the way.

Plants seem to be doing well, they got water and superthrive. Each grew between 1 and 3" since last update. The one that grew 1" is the runt but also seems to be the healthiest. They are currently about 13days old. I heard they really take off around day 20.

Quick question when you have a male what do you guys do with it? (I know I'm far away from figuring out if i have any males or females I've just been wondering.)

I have a worm bin and I know they'll eat plants but would the plants stink up because the bin is in my kitchen and I don't want any guests wondering where that smell is coming from and finding plants.

The worm bin is for vermiculite and compost tea, I only started it because its a nice basically free way to get some very good nutes. I have my flowering dirt in there also, when it comes time to change them I'm just going to get dirt from the bin (no worms of course) and they'll be prenuted for about a week or two.

Also when can I start foliar feeding?

Pics coming tomorrow.

Thank you, when I look at the pics that I post they just look like they're stretching but if you could look in person you would see a much better looking plant IMO. I can't see anything wrong with them as they look like everyone else's around this age but they all do have a super thick stem now and only getting thicker.

nah for seedlings they look ok man, if they streach id just bury the extra stalk/trunk with some extra soil. U know when they have streached too much when they fall over when u spray them with water lol.

Cool I think the stem is to thick for them to fall over, I sprayed with water earlier and they seemed funny. One is slightly yellower than the others, I'm wondering if that means its time to add a low dose of nutes to that one. Next watering they'll be old enough for nutes so I'll add a small dose of fish fertilizer.

EDIT: Okay just looked at the pics in the growfaq and if it is anything it may be nitrogen, thats what it resembles the most but none of the other plants have it. Maybe I'll just add a little nitrogen to it when the lights cut off and see how its doing in about 2-3 days. I think worse case scenario I may get a little nute burn but I'll be using no where near the recommended dosage.

You should be okay to give a small doseage of nutes, but there should be (SHOULD be) enough nitrogen in the soil to keep the plant happy at such a young age.

I would go with something like peters all purpose plant food (20-20-20) and mix it at like two pinches per gallon (recommended dose is a tablespoon per gallon).

Alright I used some generic plant food that I had laying around recommended dosage was a tablespoon and I think I only did about 1 pinch in a gallon of water, haven't watered again yet because the water needs to sit out for another day but they aren't thirsty yet. The plant that was yellowing seems to be doing better now it was the only one I gave a slight mixture of nitrogen to. Its greening up none of the other plants showed this and all of their soil came from the same bag. Weird..

Now I'm thinking it may have been heat stress and it may be getting better because I upgraded my fans. Stalks are still thick but the plants don't seem to be getting taller. They are growing tons of leaves so I'm thinking these will hopefully be short and bushy.

About 17 days into the grow so far so good. Starting a nute regiment now. A little fish fertilizer and Super Thrive. So I figure nutes for 2 waterings then 2 clean water watering and then I'll have my 3rd nute that I've been waiting for. I just need to get to a nursery or a hydro store to get some good stuff. Pics right after I finish a little watering so in about 15minutes if anyones here :(.

Well here they are in no particular order.
O yea and the nutes that I'm using have a 4-1-1 mixture. Its a seedling nute so I thought I would play it safe and get that and only use a small portion of the recommended dose.

Damn I read that a day too late. I added some yesterday and the only change in the plants are 2 no longer have purple stems and 2 do. I can't really say the nutes did that maybe the purple stem is something they just grow out of. So far no nute burn or anything so I'm hoping it will be okay.

Next watering will be ph balanced water checked run off and was at a 6. Ph of the soil is 5.5. I wont mess with those mixtures to much I'm happy where they are. Soon I may add a little CO2 even though they are in the same room that I sleep in.

well hopefully u gave them an ultra weak mix of nutes dude, they shouldnt really need nutes till they bout 4 weeks old. Its either a strain thing or a temp thing the purple stems, my bublelicious has purple stems and stalks, well its dark pink lol bu whos counting lol.

lol yea. It was like an 1/8th of the requirements no nute burn as of 1 day later. Hopefully it does more good than harm.

you would be better off using a tall cupboard or wardrobe, get a 200 watt or 250 envirolite and flower your clones short, heat shouldnt be a problem as it will rise to the top of cupboard.

O yea I am this setup if just temporary. The cupboard that I'm waiting for (ordered off of amazon) is about 33in tall. I plan on flowering at a foot so hopefully it makes it by then. If not I can always lst.

another day no burn I think I'm in the clear. No major changes in the plants besides leaves getting bigger no height gain in the last 2 days. I guess they're working on producing bigger leaves. I think I may try adding some Co2 an put my fans on timers so it won't all just be blown out.

Co2 is heavier than air right? Or is it lighter? To google I go.
