well anywhere from 5.8 to 6.5 is pretty appropriate.

A good rule is to try and keep 100w's per plant, other than that yes you can actually get a solid grow going as long as you keep all other growing elements under control.

Hey goodluck man! I reccomend you get a lumewave reflector, Im not sure if your store carries them but at my local store they have ones for both Cfl and Hid lighting. 1x2, and arent meant for huge grows so it they give off pretty low heat. Godbless

Yes you can, but everything has to be pretty optimal, your gonna wanna mix up the spectrum, use atleast 400w, supperior organic soils like ffof mixed with an organic potting soil, and supercropping and large vegged plants are key too.

Agreed with the previous posters, the first few weeks is when the pistils form where all of the calyx clusters (the bud) will form, the last 2-3 weeks before the harvest are when your bud puts on the nice girth to it, reffered to as the calyx swelling stage, Goodluck Godbless
