Plant issues

just have a quick question as what you guys think is going on with these two plants. There is a handful of leaves looking like this. My friend who just gave them to me said he has been feeding General Hydroponics once a week with a 5ml-5ml-5ml per gallon. Each plant is given a quarter gallon feeding each week. These plants are i'm guessing about a month old as they are standing about 18" tall. Should I change their formula as they seem like they have some deficiency?

Its kinda hard to tell from the pic but from what i see an what i think, i think its nute burn or a magnesium defficiency, so id get cali-magic to be safe add it to your nutrient lineup, and then I would lower the dose and build them up gradually because its much harder to kill them with lack of nutrients than to much.Goodluck!

Thanks for the response. I thought it was mag deficiency. I didn't want to transplant until the weekend because the poor plants were subjected to a 30 min car ride in the cold weather coming from my friends. So I was giving them a few days to readjust to their new surroundings before shocking them again. But I will definitely be putting them into 3 gallon pots this weekend.
