i would by distilled water from the store....thats wat i did my first grow so i didnt have to use my shitty tap water.....3 cfls ill be enough for the first 3 weeks of growth but that want be enough light for the entire grow.....

duct tape will work great it doesnt have to be completely covered but just dark........the only problem with the styrofoam is that u want be able to let the plants get big in that cause theres nothing supporting the stem.....

well the key is not drying to long or taking them down to early....i would dry them until the out side feels dry and than place them into the jar...another way to tell is to bend the stems and see if the crack or just bend if they crunch than put them into jar and let them cure for about 2 weeks...

thats the best part watchin the pistils just appear...and than watching them turn is even better!!
