If you're talking about red/blue party type lights, then no, that won't do. You want 6000k+ for veg and 2300k for flowering. The type of lighting ( LED / fluoros / HID ) is your preference.

That's a very open ended question. Are you hydro or soil? Do you want to know specific names of nute lines or general info on nutes? That said, I use the complete Fox Farm line and I'm quite happy with the results thus far. Start at a 1/4 strength and your girls will love you.

Here's a link to their feeding schedule: FF Soil Feed I use the complete line of FF (nutes, solubles, Bushdoctor) and can definitely say you want to start at 1/4 to 1/2 strength. The schedule is in teaspoons per gallon. Mix it with your water then adjust pH.
