400w mh/hps. bagseed. lst

this is a current grow in progress. the biggest plant in the orange bucket was originally planted on 8/22. but, it was never under any real light. just daylight and then a daylight 13 cfl. thats why its not as big as it should be.
the three smaller ones were planted about 2-3 weeks ago. again, they were on and off under daylight and 13w cfl. I bought a 400w mh/hps about 1-2 weeks ago. so now they are under that. they have really taken off under it.
I recently bought a grow tent. it should be here on monday. thats what ups tracking says. i also have a S&P 125 inline fan going. its currently on max setting (195 cfm). thats hooked up to a carbon filter that i built about 3-4 days ago.
I recently had some electricity issues in my apt. so, everytime the electricians were suppose to come over, i put everything away and put them under two 13w cfl. just so they weren't in complete darkness. the electricians found fix the problem and now the grow is back up.
I also was having some heat issues. the temp went up to 96F. reworked the ducting. added a little fan. now it is 79-81F.
if anyone could offer advice on whats happening to the leaves in picture 2. i'm using just potting soil. i wanted foxfarm, but couldn't find it around here. i checked the ph of my water i'm using. ph 7.2. some of the pictures are from earlier. the last ones are of current condition. thank you for viewing!
