Don't advertise your meds on CList in AZ!!!

I grew up in Phx and moved away 15 years ago. thank god. Local cops are setting up patients who advertise their legal meds for donation. They ignore the disclaimer in the ad, a cop will show you his patient card, after he gets a $40 bottle, you would be arrested, printed, photographed, and charged.
If you have extra meds, you are better off walking around with a t-shirt that reads " Marijuana 4 Sale". They wouldn't even see that.

if you are advertising what is in effect, selling pot, oddly enough you're bound to get busted.

nothing in the law says you can do that. patients can exchange pot. i don't believe there is anything in the law that allows a monetary exchange between patients.

$40 a bottle? i'd arrest them too. :)

How many have you seen so far arrested this way? I did hear of one guy a year + ago but how many since ?
If you break the law you pay when caught . . .

One must be very careful how that transaction goes down. If someone was to go down that road, i would strongly suggest that one "sell" something else to the patient, or offer some consulting in exchange for a reasonable fee and make sure he/she knows that you are GIVING them the meds for FREE.

Stay on task during the transaction, don't get caught up in small talk - state several times LOUD and CLEAR that the meds are FREE and maybe even go so far as to Voice Record the acknowledgement that the Meds are 100% FREE. However, if you choose to voice record the acknoledgement you must let the person know that they are being recorded as AZ is a two-party consent state. Maybe even print out a quick disclaimer, stating that the Meds are 100% FREE and ask them to sign it, if they are not willing to sign it, strongly consider not moving forward with the transaction.

At the end of the day, no one wants to sell Marijuana, that is 100% illegal, but there are people in this state that are truly sick and truly benefit from medical marijuana and as it stands now Caregiver and P2P are the only LEGAL routes for legitimate patients to follow. Be smart, use your head and be compassionate.

Selling pot on craigslist is f'n bs and anyone doing it deserves to be arrested. Can you legally sell beer or cigarettes on craigslist? Or prescription drugs? Why should cannabis be any different?

They should really start requiring a license to sell or dispense just like they require a license for anything else that alters your mind or has age restrictions.

Look out for the "Command Presence"

All cops display this type of attitude.... Its a must!

And you wonder why they all act the same!

Command presence is being able to come on to a scene and, without intimidation, show you are
competent and confident in your abilities and that you are able to take change of that scene and start
resolving it as quickly as possible.

My massage therapist's boyfriend started selling his meds on Craigslist last month. 3 nights ago in Mesa he was jacked at gunpoint and they got 4z of meds, his laptop, briefcase and his wallet full of Credit Cards.

Fuck selling meds. It is far from profitable enough to make it worth the risk. Seriously, by the time it's said and done, if you are growing in a residence and trying to get ahead, you more than likely never will. Look to a real job.

Because they are taxed and regulated and unless you live in one of 27 special places, Amsterdam or Portugal you can't just waltz in somewhere and get it?

I'm not saying dug dealers should run rampant on Craigslist but there are some legitimate caregivers out there knowing they have too much pot on their hands and there are people out there who need it. Actually, my joints are killing me and it's nearly 4 am... a sign I should medicate myself...

But as aforementioned, its a crazy risk to take. If you are doing it for the profit and don't care about 'patients' then feel the wrath of the law... If you're genuine and just trying to be a decent person (can't always be expected to give away all your weed to be a nice person) then I pray you go under the radar and make someone's quality of life a little better.
