I know a lot of places keep you locked in for the 1st 72 hours,no phone calls or nothing for them first 3 days, transporting him to Illinois could of took 2 days so maybe she'll hear from him tomorrow.
They used to have to charge you and arraign you within 72 hours. With all the changes in the name of homeland security, they can pretty much treat you like a traitor or a terrorist now. For some weed. Don't you all feel safer as Americans just knowing that? I know it makes me warm and fuzzy inside.

so what does a 1/2 drunk redivider do on a friday night after a long week?

Post on RIU of course...

ok, so we can let FDD's story slide below the headlines. we can let it be 12th page news, right in front of the op-eds, yet after the movie showtimes..... this guy can't just become another faceless statistic.

this story needs to be told. anybody and anybody who knows the details please come forward. this guy has nothing to loose, but anybody who hasn't dealt with the feds does.

the community at RIU will benefit from having FDD's story told. let's stop the nonesense and have this guy become some sort of poster-child of the bullshit that is marijuana laws.

i mean, everybody here can just let this guy sink into obscurity, but his story will repeat itself unless we organize, we start documenting the harm this policy does, and until we gain support...

you may do whatever you want.... letting this guy sit in jail for who knows how long with nobody remembering or talking about it is a lack of empathy for every grower in america.....
3/4 drunk here.. .fk it, make it a movement. Ill rock a Free FDD tee shirt. I have done so for friends who faced lesser charges.

I'll put my avatar on a t-shirt.

12.99 +shipping

Money can go to mrs. fdd
i'll gladly pay that + $20 on top to help the FDD family. just get it done, i'm sure his family needs the help.

i'll be sending more once my financial situation is solidified and my own bills for the month are paid (i'm close).

There are no new details to be told. I have not been able to find anything about it on a search, and neither has fdd's wife. I talk with her daily, and she doesn't know any more than this. She was talking with fdd daily, and 5 days ago the calls stopped. She doesn't know what happened to him. She suspects they shipped him to Illinois, but she won't know until he is able to call her again.

I don't believe he's even been arraigned yet, and certainly has not spoken with a lawyer. It's been 17 days.
For all who were silent when Bush passed the first Patriot Act and then Obama renewed it....welcome to the Brave New World.

truly scary stuff on many, many levels.

I know I can't sell anything on here without permission, and I don't have any way of getting the money to mrs. fdd.

But here is the full size picture, if more people are interested and admin wants to set it up.

If these t-shirts come into reality, and the funds are truly going to FDD's cause, put me down for a few t's.

The problem with the t-shirt idea is someone has to buy the t-shirts, and ship them out to each person.. Which would be pretty costly. Or the person would have to make the t-shirt themselves online and buy it, but then where do they send the donations?

If there was a way to make the shirts and set them up online where the person could buy the shirt and make a donation all at once, that would work best.

Damn...

I haven't really crossed paths with FDD too many times. Mainly just on his thread about teaching his kid about money...

I hope he doesn't end up there for too long...
I read a lot of the thread, but not all of it. Did they give him charges yet?
Or did they just bust in his yard, and take him?
If not, then he might still have a chance to get out of this clean...

I hope his family is alright.
I can't believe they just busted in. Fuck the police.

I hope he didn't fuck up too bad in view of the police...
I hope he stuck to what everyone says he said...
No smell, no tell, no sell...

And hopefully this wasn't a case that lasted years.
I know people that sold to feds over a period of time, and get charged with the total amount.
Sometimes they'll just buy like 3 grams at a time for YEARS to charge you with pounds...

Best of luck to you FDD,
I know you can't read this,
But I hope you will be able to soon :D

FTC is a transfer facility right near Oklahoma City. My friend was there not too long back. Basically it is an airport, within a prison. Look it up....

FTC = Federal Transfer Center.

I tried to bail my friend out of there. Well, to my learning, there is not much going on at the Transfer Center, besides, well, waiting, and transferring.

Fed inmates will visit many fed detention centers within US territory before either getting released, or finding their "home" for the next whenever.....
