So in reality we have three people locked up on the same charges? Were they Business partners or something? Don't have to answer that , just thinking outloud. Wondering what the connection was. Shit howdy things sure can go south in a hurry. Wonder if anyone else is going to go down. When I got popped for cultivation they said may GF was upstairs Singin like a bird. I had to laugh and I did at the time, they had her scared shitless. I got real, real lucky cuz I was young and dumb and full of .....and it didn't involve the Feds thank God.
Well that just sucks doesn't it.

Here's a little news, fdd finally called today. He is in Oklahoma City, and will be moved to Illinois. He still does not know any more than I've told you. This was the first time he heard about the donations and words of support and encouragement, and that made him happy, and perked up his attitude. His wife says he is withering under the uncertainty of what will happen.

Thanks for your continued support.

With all due respect. I disagree. Just for context, I am sixty years old so I have seen a lot of changes in the world. When we were tokin up out in the hills overlooking the city when I was 17 or 18 we talked about if MJ would EVER be legal. I am now a card carrying Medical patient and every time I pass a cop while rollin dirty I smile knowing that I AM LEGAL. The Feds ask two things of you. Don't grow over 99 plants and don't sell over state lines. I can live with that. Not saying ANYTHING bad about FDD. I have very much been temted to sell across state lines myself because of the profit which is HUUUUGE when it works but if I ever do that I will do it knowing the risks. All I am saying is that from my view we have come a long long way and unless you get greedy for the most part it is all good. We still have a ways to go, that's true but current Federal laws are in my opinion and at face value generous to say the least. I like this Country and I don't think that this incident is going to shake my faith in America.
Having said all that I will say that I am a greedy person by nature myself and the only thing that has kept me from being in the same tight spot is fear and common sense and so I feel for FDD'S family and wish them well as I do for FDD himself but I am not ready to hyperventilate and call this a "POLICE STATE" or blame the feds. sure there is room to improve but I don't need freedom to sell interstate to feel all warm and fuzzy about my country..
Agree completely on keeping it legal, for all the same reasons. We're also the same age. =) But my beef is with the new ability for indefinite detainment without being charged, with prisoners "disappearing" for indefinite periods of time. The Patriot Act, Gitmo and Abu Graib (sp) have re-defined the culture of law enforcement. Google what's been going on with Seattle's PD. Their conduct is close enough to a police state for me!

As an old hippy who ended up on Nixon's list of anti-war activists (and got pulled into secondary every time I came back into this country until 1983), I've watched the Darth Vader gear up of the last decade with a heavy heart and a feeling of impending doom. When a citizen of the US is sucked into the system and many days later is not charged and "may" be in a different state, it scares me. Not saying it doesn't appear he made some bad choices, but concerned in general about the erosion of our rights.

I don't know who you are and I don't give a fuck. I have been in tears because friends of mine are sitting in jail. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, no matter what they have done to piss me off. I may want to do bodily harm to assholes like you that piss me off, but never would I wish jail. If you are happy because they are in jail, you are fucked up. Why don't you take your waste of oxygen self out of this thread.

Buds used to be on our side, then they hyped up how cool being an unpaid mod is and look at him now.

edit- he actually put his up like ~a week? after I did originally. Guy hasn't had an original thought in his life.

I was cool with FDD long before I became a Mod, even our drama in the past was mostly in fun on my part. After all, I am a legend @ the keyboard.
It gets old typing nonsense, I do like to help ppl once in a while.
I know exactly what I am doing, This is the internet & you crying on proves you are a troll in real life.

So if you are hurt that I got tired of spewing anger towards everything like you.. I apologize. :)

Yes, it is classic. The only one.. nobody thinks of Any other RIU member when it is seen. Haters are not remembered.

I know who it is.. though I remembered them being funnier & more mature.
