i have a bit of a sweet tooth , so since i dont wanna overindulge in sweets , i made these
they are mini vegan "cheese"cakes
the bottom is made from a mixture of dates, oats, flax meal and coconut oil
the "cheese"cake part is made from cashews, real maple syrup , coconut oil, lemon juice

Imo money is for spending so when i have it i like to treat myself and my lady. Besides man it was on a deal 3 courses for 2 people for £29 we paid £25 more for drinks and I left £5 tip for the standard of food I think we paid a decent price.

My GF Won't eat gravy. we end up sending so many plates back when we go out as they invariably get it wrong. who doesn't have gravy on the sunday roast ffs. anyway I suggested a kinda beef bourguignon with mince rather than beef chunks and put dumplings in. she ate all the veg and dumplings and left the gorgeous sauce all gravy and red wine. she tried though i guess.
i make a damn good mushroom gravy my husband loves it. i do too . its warm and comforting.
Last night I made Corned beef, cabbage, carrots & potato's.
Mrs. GWN wrinkled her nose & said "I hate corned beef, I guess I'll just eat veggies".
In the end she tried some & went back for seconds.
She liked it - yayyy me lol.
