I don't get it. The recipe we got off this mad cupcake addict makes about 3 times to much icing. When I see other cupcakes the icing is about the same height as the cupcake...my wife literally spreads a small bit on like butter so we have even more left over.....just means I make another batch :)

Not sure where I read it or herd it (excuse the pun, probably bbc news). But no UK beef has been exported to the US in 20 years now....although there are still no exporters been given a license to export yet...makes you wonder when you hear about all the steroids that go into cattle over the pond. Not 1 cow was ever effected by BSE in Scotland....FYI:) Go Angus and co!

When the BSE thing hit we ate mountains of topside and silverside as they were no where near the affected parts of the cow. mother went to the abattoir and bought half a cow & i remember my mother butchering it on the kitchen bench lol.

our man that hosts the bb site, his folks lost near 10 mil when the BSE crisis happened.

Love the Asparagus!
That stuff is soooo expensive over here - like $6.00 (us) for a small bunch.

Looks yummy and potentially very fkn hot.

I do love asparagus & hate that am whizz haha. Its pricy over here uk too but probably no more than the exchange rate atm.

What is the "cheese" Sunni, a vegan replacement? Must be hella hard giving you and bump all you need without or as usual I'm totally wrong and its all a mix of nuts n fruits etc?

So Green or White asparagus...who prefers what? We have a whole sparagus season thing going on here in Holland (they grow mainly white here). Done properly the white asparagus is great.

yup and alternative i use diaya brand they sell here. plus almond milk and earth balance "butter" with a little flour to make a cheese sauce some spices etc.
tastes lovely.

everythings been perfect actually diet wise

i typically eat pretty healthy although i dont go without some treats :D

i have changed my diet a bit because i must eat more calories of course 500 extra. and i need 90 grams of protein per day but its all pretty easy peasy , so its not hard at all to give the bump what i need, because i know well enough what i need to eat during the day, ive been eating this way for 5 years now, so ive gotta pretty good at it. my doctors have sat down with me and said what im doing is right and enough and healthy so its easy when you have a team of dedicated medical staff to help you with the process.

my doctors have been extremely wonderful about my lifestyle choice, and they all say im really really healthy because of all the testing ive had done. so its all been really good

it also helps i track everything i eat so it tells me what nutrients ive had and how much , which makes it easy on me.

That's pretty impressive Sunni, you'll drop any post baby weight in no time too. Apparently a big deal to a lot of folks, id not know myself naturally haha.

How are you doing the extra protein? Whey shakes etc energy bars?
