what's funny is 100k won't even cover the electricity bill. I know where i'm at 10k lights and everything that goes with that costs about 900 per month. then i'm sure the power company will have to run new lines to handle that amount. lets call that 30-50k. grow lights 30-40k. air conditioning units and venting probably in the 250k range if not more. nutrients lets call it 20k a year. paying people that know how to grow. 500k per year. trimming machines 50k. filtration 50k per year, new bulbs 30k per year. realistically this will fail not only because you know nothing about what you're trying to do. It's gonna fail if you'll need to at least have a million to start up.

oh and when you finally harvest since your buds will be commercial garbage they will sell for about 1000 a lb. so you could potentially make about 1 million per year but it's gonna cost ya probably 750-900k per year after the initial investment. so basically it won't have any profit for over ten years. and this is only if everything is perfect and you don't have crops that are only worth 500lb.

What does commercial level mean? Like at what level does it start? After you saying you'll be paying people to do that "grow", i hope your not underestimating the commitment it takes to garden on any level. If your going drain to waste, you will be at the facility 18 hours a day. And that won't even touch the amount of work that has to be done. I also think your underestimating the value of the members here, yea none might not be 150 lamps, however some only have to do a small multiplication problem and they can figure out how much your in for. If you asked simple questions you would get a lot further on here. No one wants to hear about your 100 grand or your investors, i mean no disrespect but your not getting answers and you haven't brought any real questions to the table.

Just wanted some kind people to post some numbers about the things I posted in my OP. Those that dug up my post history could have just as easily seen a rough sketch of the facility design. 128 1000W lights, 576 plants, drain to waste.
Sure there are experts on this forum. But there hidden in the forest of people that just want to flame and hate. That's why this thread is highly amusing, people assuming from my OP that they have any idea what chance my business has at succeeding. Oh well, I'll be the one growing marijuana for a living when all is said and done.

My proposed grow is so irrelevant even. It takes little effort for someone to type out something along the lines of:
I grew x plants under 1000w and used x amount of nutrients. I'd recommend you look at x product line.
If you look at the search history for anything related to commercial size grows, you'll find this forum always treats people with questions like trash. So sure I'll say thanks if someone actually helps, but a middle finger to nearly every poster in this joke thread.

I'm still perplexed what your actual role in the business is going to be. You're just going to sit back and rack in the profits huh, like a fat tycoon hahahaha? But if you don't know anything about growing how are you going to know if who you are hiring knows anything about growing? Are you then going to hire a recruiter to hire people for you so you make sure that they actually can grow and just aren't lying? So now you're going to have to pay a recruiter AND people to actually grow your product, right? Idk, seems to be me if I was investing that much money and starting a business I would want to have the most knowledge about what my business actually entailed so I could know if my employees where doing a good job or not, among other things. I don't understand the logic here....
