Nobody said "don't buy from KB!"
Nobody said "KB is selling counterfeits!"
Nobody cares how big a grow you were allowed or that you've been shot (since neither apply to the conversation)

People do deserve to know all the facts though, and currently the fact is that he's not an authorized dealer. A representative from CREE suggested stay with authorized dealers, so many of us (I'm sure you can insert one of your colorful names here) are going to be more comfortable with those vendors.

Personally, I'd rather pay sales tax and get it from a authorized vendor, you'd rather get it from another vendor so you don't have to pay tax on it. No harm, no foul, but your attitude and the way you talk to people tarnishes the discussion. We're all idiots, someone's clueless because he hasn't built a light, I'm surprised I'm not barred from having an opinion because I'm using LED's to grow coral instead of what most on this board use it for.

I got a message from kingbrite, Jerry had my 36v cxb's custom made( damn I feel so special right now ) and instock now he said he would ship now or I can wait til Monday when the 72v ones I ordered will be available. The 72v sell out as soon as they receive them he said. I told him to go ahead and wait til Monday and ship them together, he did offer to ship separately and cover the extra shipping cost.

Let me think 8 36v @ 1050mA , 4 36v @ 700mA (2 of these are some y2 3070's I had laying around) The 4 72v will run on a HLG185 B 700mA I think that's it, next time I go into the grow room I'll double check. Darned senior moment's.

Kingbrite is NOT an authorized cree distributor. I have confirmed this with cree themselves. They could be buying and selling real ones unauthorized, or could be counterfeits. Cree has advised me to not use them. I will be meeting with Cree to discuss what KB has sold me as well as supply chain issues with currently authorized distributors.

@FESTER665 so nobody said counterfeits. I'm not gonna tell anyone what Cree told me what could be happening with Kingbrite and I'm not gonna share that info. I'll only tell the ones I know I'm cool with. P.S. I'm not even mad I'll let it be lol.

Kingbrite has sent my 14 CXB's as of now. 10-36vCXB3590 CB and 4-72v of same. I'm ready to rock-n-roll soon as they get here. I think it will be a total of 600w when done.

New prices CXB 3070 $38.50 and 3590 $48.50 I've been working on getting them cheaper but some people on here are haters and the only kick back for me is getting the price lower but some of you guys are making it hard for everyone. I still working on them getting Vero's.

Say you guys those plants are what I've crossed breed by accident which one is skywalker. I got some free seed from Bonza and they didn't mark them and one grew balls but by judging the leaves it was an heavy indica and it got rid of the lankiness and some of the seeds I bought as well had a few seed so after sexing I'll have some clone only strains. Hopefully they kick ass and Dr Krippling and Barneys will be pissed also Heavyweight seeds. The Skywalker was from clone and I forgot I also have a Thin Mint that ha s been crossed

Vero29 V2: $25.5usd
CXA3070 AB: $26.5usd
CXB3070 AD: $36.5usd
Shipping cost is $45usd by DHL to the uk if led quantity less than 30pcs.
now a little unsure if its worth the extra $10 each for the extra 5% efficiency increase for the cxb's over the veros and cxas if im only planning running 200w of them.

Isn't that CXB3070 AB for $26.5? If so, you can run AB softer than you would AD and get the same efficiency for a better price.

no unfortunatly the cxbs are not that cheap he had said cxa3070 ab for $26.50. i already have 1 cxa3070 ab from aliexpress a few months ago and ad bin is higher than ab with cxb is it not? :S

I see. I had a feeling that I saw someone posting $28.5 for CXB3070 AB from KB.
CXA3070 AB > CXB3070 AB > CXB3070 AD


Don't mind the $/PAR W column as the prices are not updated.
Ie CXA3070 AB @32W has same efficiency as CXB3070 AD @50W.

I'll be growing corals as well. But, don't mind these guys. And remember it is you that supply the tone to our words.

What difference does it make if you prefer authorized venders? None to me.

And no one cares who was shot, who hates GMO, what number of plants we have. I totally agree.
