They use all kinds of prefab buildings in the oil sands..I've installed/assembled many. Out there they're not always on a slab though.
You would want to pour a slab first...need a permit for that. Might need a permit for the structure too...depends.

approx 15' by 36' with a 9'-6" ceiling.....in the style of a gambrel(barn)
the enclosed part of the structure and sheathing is already built...but would like to
get someone to do some of the room design....Redi...when I'm a bit closer and have some cash put together....

the ones around here on the federal gov land...go with 99 year leases....most still have 60 plus on them...
