21 year old man killed while cuffed in the back of a police car

This story is pretty unusual..

The guy (left handed) gets pulled over (he's sitting passenger), cops search him and find some marijuana and bags, put him in the squad car, call it in, while he's sitting in the back, they get word he's got a warrant for other drug charges, pull him out, cuff him and search him again. They put him back in the car, and the report says he pulled a small caliber pistol out from somewhere he was concealing it and shot himself in the temple on the right side of his head, while still cuffed with his hands behind his back.

So basically, left handed dude gets searched TWICE, cuffed behind his back and somehow manages to shoot himself in the right temple.

Definitely not buying this shit...

37th person to die in a domestic drug enforcement operation... this year.

Being a lefty my self it still would be posible to shoot ones self with your right hand as for being cuffed maybe the cops thought well if Harry Houdini can do it [get out of the cuffs] lol.

You see, marijuana DOES kill.........

Gun in left hand behind back, and still in hand-cuffs. Points gun upwards and to the right, from the small of his back to the corner of his right shoulder. Turns and tilts head to the right, his head in now in the line of fire. Try it, I just did (sans cuffs).

I see so many stories like this. Then I see the conclusion of stories like these and so many times the cops are dirty, but yet nothing is done by our judicial system, or any other means.

I swear if someone ever did something like this to my family and I had proof, the "trial" those cops recieve wouldn't be any where near a courtroom. Id fuckin lose it to say the least, like in a "Law Abiding Citizen" sort of way where I just fucking let the beast inside out on everyone involved regardless of the level of their involvment.

This world is a fucked up place and I'm sick of playing by their twisted rules.

Obviously he shot himself on accident.

Because with suicide, the police don't have a negligence liability. Accident leaves that open. cn

I don't know but a forensic specialist would be able to determine that with evidence.

Read the article they dont say suicide the mom says suicide. And idk what the warrant was for. ?Maybe he killed someone with that gun.

When I read it, the mom was saying not suicide. As for the gun, the real question is whether he had one on him in the first place. Police video everything now afaik, and yet those tapes are not available. cn

No place to hide a gun in any of the cop cars I've been in. Hard plastic back seats, no sliding a gun between cushions like a regular car.

Where did it say he was a wanna be gangster? Usually people who actually want to be gangsters don't spend their time attending college.

I think it's more of a 'wtf, why would this guy kill himself?' kind of deal, it's just weird no matter how you look at it.. The other guy was being booked on some drug charges so he gets cuffed and put in the car and strangles himself? Wat?

Idk... cop cars need more camera's, that's one thing we can take away from this at least..

3rd strike, high on drugs, lots of enemies of the inside . Maybe once you get caught you'll finally get pinned with all the murders you thought you got away with. I'd say there's plenty of reasons one might kill himself before going "back".

i heard that they were going to release the autopsy with forensics soon, and that was last week. off to googleville.

back in the day cops asked for rent to operate in a certain area.. also cops stole your drugs and then sold them to other gangmembers when i was growing up..
