Hi! I have never heard before about this type of light for growing herb. They say its really great and it doesnt use much electrity too but its weird is that I dont really see people using it.

I was wondering if there is a general rule of thumb when it come to bulb/ ballasts compatibility? I know you cant use a CMH bulb in any of my old CH or HPS fixtures. But what about Compatibility between Bulb/ ballasts brand?

Currently running a small scrog (60x60) with a 400w Sunmaster dual spectrum bulb. Worth the investment to change over to specific spectrum bulbs for veg and flower - would I get a noticeable difference? Recommended 400w E40 bulb?

How long do CMH lamps last compared to HPS?

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone can help me. I have a 250w ballast and was wondering if I could use a 600w bulb in it as it is the only bulb I have to hand at present. Would there be any downside as I know the bulb will be running under powered but that is better than over powering ?
