Trying to put together an average of what everyone yields per plant.

1 Strain/what type of plant?
2. What pruning/training did you use?
3. What kind of light did you use?
4. When did you induce the plant into flowering and when did you chop? How long from seed/clone to dry bud?

feel free to add any more info on your yield and how you pack weight onto those buds during flowering! The more info the better!!

1.) usually indica dominant.
2.) heavy pruning in veg thru 1st. couple weeks of flower. tie down in flower.
3.) start with t-5 and go to 400, then 1000 watt.
4.) usually go to flower at around 12". depends on what wattage i'm gonna finish with. i harvest when i have mostly milky trichs, with some clear and amber. from start to finish from seed, i'll be smoking great herb at around 4 months.

cool this is exactly what i was looking for. puts a couple aspects into perspective. i have one 400w and one 250w in my tent on 8 girls and now that you mentioned upping from 400-1000 for flowering i might just try to get another 250w to stick in there. have the 400 inthe middle and one 250 on each side. only question is keep it all HPS or mixed lighting?

I'm interested in knowing ppls strains as well!! COME ON PPL SHARE WITH US!!!!

I would like to know this too. I'm about to start my summer soil grow of 5 plants, and am wondering what to expect, I'll be using 400 watt MH/HPS.

How much space, how long of veg, what strains?

Yield per plant is directly related to strain, length of veg, and intensity of radiant
energy. If keeping low plant numbers is your goal, longer veg is required, if numbers
ain't no thang, then it is recommended to do a Sea of Green situation in which
more plants per area are used with a shorter veg time, this allows for more yields
over time, and less time wasted in veg.

In my grow, i have 2 600 watt HIDS.
a 5x5 grow tent,
16 plants.
2 weeks of veg
I'm hopin to get 2 pounds off this harvest, an average of 2 oz per plant.

The strain was bubble gum. I vegged for 3 weeks under 400w metal halide and flowered under 400w hps. Used GH nutes in DWC along with a home made co2 system. I got 11 oz's of dried and cured bud.

Shwag bag seed.

Home made grow box, 6, 26w 2700k CFL's entire grow.

Miracle grow soil.

No nutes other than sucunat.

High temps, 85-95.

LST'ed.

Topped and thinned by half 2-3 weeks before flowering.

18 main colas.

Octopus-like bonsai tree.

I made a lot of mistakes, very first grow. Root bound once maybe twice. Dried out a few times when very young. No real nutes. High temps. Great bushiness but very little vertical growth. Nodes only 1/2 inch from each other. Had to thin out a lot to make room for air flow.

Vegged for about 5 months. She grew so compacted that it took that long to get her that big. There were around 50 different node sites along the stem, and all the new shoots that started along the branches I left. Major thinning was required.

Flowered for just over 3 months on a 13/11 schedule. She could have gone longer. There were white pistils up until the day I chopped. I harvested by trichome color. 10% amber, 10% clear, 80% cloudy. About a month before harvest she began losing her leaves when I flushed her. She was light green, gold, yellow, purple, pretty much every color you could think of. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures from then.

When I harvested there were no fan leaves, only sugar leaf in the buds. If leaves were dying I'd pull them off, but only if they came off with a light tug. Harvested somewhere around 2 1/2 oz dried. Sampled as I dried and the weight I got after drying for 6 days and curing for another week or so was 2 1/4 oz.

Had a nice clear high that gave me energy. Very light flavor. High temps maybe? After 6 months of curing the bud had a light flavor like a weak red life saver with a little hay and had a sweet flowery aroma. The buds were were not airy but they were light and fluffy. Largest bud weighed about 7.5 grams. Crystals were very long and easy to see by eye. They completely covered the buds.

The flowering pics are from about 1.5-2 month into 12/12.

damn crackerboy, you did that under 400 watts??? i've never seen a cola that big under 400 watts! very impressive for sure..
