You got a legal ACMPR grow and cops come to the door. Now what?

You don't have to be an a-hole to them if they come knocking, just exert your rights. I've chatted with them before... on the front porch ;)
Exactly! And that is why I posted this thread in the first place; to find out what my rights are, so I don't have to be an asshole. Just an informed citizen. I don't like 'guessing'.

If you call HC and ask if any inquires were made about you from the police, are they obligated to tell you? Just wondering.

If you are sick in Canada this blurb is not worth the paper it's written on.

The do require a warrant to come in and look..
I would think that most complaints would first be addressed by the investigating officer...who would
check with health Canada to see if a medical grow was licensed at that address.
If it is a licensed grow it would then be up to the officer on whether or not he wanted to talk to the licensed grower.

I had a break in and invited the police in.
They looked at my paper work and asked me a few questions....since things seem... so up in the air ...to them...on what is what these days.
I explained the difference between the mmar and mmpr and acmpr...
and with everything on my licence being adhered to...they were very professional and caring actually....
and have been back a couple of times to keep me informed on their progress...with the video and dna evidence etc.
I would not be afraid to show them a grow...I was doing...and almost welcome the presence...since there are low lives that live
near by....
