I'm a first time grower..And i need expert advice for a beginner.. I have mid & high-mid seeds.. I was wondering, How much will each plant yield.. Thanx for anyone's suggestion, help, and advice..

Just a quick heads up man.. Don't ask that question. hahah, it's a hugee pet peeve for a lot of people. It's something you won't understand until you actually dip your feet in the water of growing. First things first, if all you are concerned about is weight, you really need to take a step back and take a look at why you even want to grow in the first place.

To answer your question:

The amount of bud you will get from your plants depends on 100+ variables. Temps, CO2, what sort of light you are using, what nutrients you're feeding them, what kind of soil you have, the amount of care you put in, how long you veg, etc. As you can see, there is no real clear definitive answer. Just grow man, it's an amazing learning experience. Appreciate whatever weight you end up with at the end, and start another grow armed with a little experience and SOO much more knowledge. You'll find ways to improve on your technique, and before you know it, you'll understand why people hate the question, "How much weight will I get?". Take some time and poke your nose around a few topics, do some research, and go into your grow with a plan.

Hah, I'm sure you'll figure it all out. Best of luck, man! :)

the 40 threads a day from people asking the same thing does get old.it seems new growers now are more worried about how much they can grow more then how to grow.
but before we can give advice we need to know the basics of your grow....lights,grow area,medium,ventilation,nutes....

Well I'm growing outside.. Soo I'll be using dirt, and good soild.. but i heard it can be anywhere from.. 2.5 oz- 2lbs.. plus im worried about weight & quality.... bc a harvest is suppose to last you.. 1 year or until the next time you grow.. Soo if it's an annoying question.. dont answer it.. no offense to anyone.. Thanks anyway though..

its just impossible to answer that...depends on the grower and the strain.if you didnt have bagseed and knew what strain you was growing we could give better estimates..for your first grow worry more about learning the ins and outs...how to read your plants..what they need and want..then after you get a few grows under your belt start worrying about weight and quality

i say start you plants and put them in a 2'x6' hole full of good soft dirt, mix it with natural and bagged dirt (amend the soil, look it up). Pay attention to what you are doing and do you research ASAP. I think you csan get 1.5lbs per plants

I just read a post from a dude who sprouted some Barney's farm LSD, didn't have lights, gear, or even the desire to read up on how to grow. A dude with that thought process is doomed from the start. what a waste of seeds
