I don't espouse racial segregation. I think nobody should be forced to be separate or made to be together. The involved parties should make that decision and if the choice isn't mutual, people should leave each other alone.

I've never pushed for racial segregation in my life. I've never pushed for racial integration. To do so, would be to view people of a given race as you do, like a collectivist. I view people as individuals, all endowed with the right to decide how to conduct their own lives, but not the lives of others. People should not be prevented from associating with, or forced to associate with anyone, by you, me or the giant schlong of the state.

a store is a type of property and anyone may own one.
and if that person wishes to live in your world, where skin color is so important that they must deny people service on that basis alone, that person is perfectly free to call it a private store. it's their property after all, so they ar free to make that choice.
but the overwhelming majority of people who own property choose not to do that. the free market has spoken.

All business engaged in by private people is ALREADY private though. It is between the engaged parties, not you, me or the nanny state.
I don't have racist hatred. I'm probably about the most peaceful person you'd ever meet, not that I'd invite you into my home, based on your history of callous treatment of others property.
You can't cause a person an actionable harm, by disassociating with them. You CAN create an actionable harm by forcing them to associate with you though.
The only kind of segregation I advocate is one where the individual makes choices about their own body and their own property, I do not hold a collectivist view like you do, it is hypocritical and stifles individual freedom.
