Works for retail..How do you shut down the renegade Gun Show? Australia @Lucky Luke I believe had a trade in before they became illegal..can't shoot without bullets and be the easiest..then gun powder will be illegal like large purchases of fertilizer.
oh, gun shows are just shut down. all person to person sales HAVE to go through a dealer, who charges a small fee for running the paperwork, just as if he was selling it himself. if you're caught with an unregistered firearm, or one that isn't registered to you, then your ass is in deep shit, and if the one you got it from didn't at least report it stolen, then so are they.

gun shows and private transfers are the obvious next point of attention.

At some point we’re gonna HAVE to talk national registry.

i feel slightly hypocritical, having attended AND bought a weapon at a gun show...but the reality is that i would gladly give up that "freedom" to shut down this conduit that criminals can use to illegally obtain weapons with no paper trail what so ever. i saw one individual with a new york or new jersey accent buying several handguns, more than a dozen, and a few of them were the same model. while i suppose that he could just be a very devoted collector, that really seemed sort of suspicious to me, and the guy selling the guns was quick to get them off the table and into a larger box, like he knew he was doing something he should be ashamed of. how many such transactions happen each day, at each gun show? and there are literally hundreds of shows across the country weekly.

I've always wanted to go to Morocco and Egypt annnnnnd I'll just use the OLED..maybe virtual headset...burn incense..hash oil..same thing and in my home.

+Mmmmmmushrooms:mrgreen:
Egypt still a no-go area for me and my wife but we‘ll likely go to Morocco in the next couple of years. It’s just a 4hour flight for me, cheaper than some european destinations. The biggest Moroccan troublemakers are born in Europe, when you’re used to those, actual Moroccans in Morocco are civilized decent people. Cops and shop owners don’t take kindly to people harassing tourists. It is one of those destinations where you stick to doing the typical tourist stuff though, which includes buying hash from shady pushy yet rather harmless guys.

We had an older gun registry for handguns and it would take weeks to have the transfer of ownership approved with the gun sitting with the seller during that time. Then they set up a system that also took in long guns, now unrestricted long guns not regulated. With the new system it took two phone calls with one the seller and the other the buyer, it took under half an hours before I could leave with the gun. So having a system in place does not have to be a big inconvenience. Keep in mind that the buyer and seller have already been approved for the class of firearm. The seller can not transfer a gun to someone not approved.

The chart starts at 115th safest
no, thats just how far down the list South Africa is https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/safest-countries-in-the-world

"A total of 163 countries are featured in the GPI report, which ranks each country's level of safety or danger based upon 23 different indicators. The indicators used to compile the GPI include the number of internal and external violent conflicts, level of distrust, political instability, potential for terrorist acts, number of homicides, and military expenditures as a percentage of GDP. These indicators are grouped into three broad categories: Ongoing International Conflict, Societal Safety and Security, and Militarization, and a score is calculated for each of the 163 nations featured in the report. The lower the score, the higher the nation is ranked in terms of safety."

The Safest Continent in the World
A majority of the top 25 safest countries are European countries. Most notable are the Nordic countries of Europe. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland are not only among Europe's safest countries, they are among the top 25 safest countries anywhere on Earth. As such, this region is considered the safest in the world. The homicide rate in this region is 0.8 incidences per 100,000 inhabitants. These five Nordic countries are all in the top 10 happiest countries in the world as well. The second-most-common region in the top 25 is Asia. Both regions have a homicide rate of about 3 per 100,000 inhabitants.

Top 10 Countries with the Highest Murder Rates (per 100k people) in 2017:*
  1. El Salvador (61.7)

  3. Venezuela (49.9)

Yes, Australia had a buy back scheme. People can still surrender them. Guns are not illegal in fact we have more guns now than before the gun laws.

FFS This index has nothing to do with the subject at hand. Your drinking that shitty kangaroo beer again aren’t you lol.
Of cause it does, Schuylaar said she is to scared to travel outside of America. I said something like most countries are safer than her big cities. Then we got onto Gov travel advisory warnings that Roger brought up and i mentioned a program on TV called Q&A where a black Australian thought the Aust travel warnings should be a little more detailed. For eg for Black Aussies visiting rural America.

I'm not sure what Kangaroo beer is but i've never tried it. Is it from the brewery on Kangaroo island (https://www.kibeer.com.au/) ? I didn't mind Emu Lager when i was in WA. Was on the Champagne (Yes proper Frenchie stuff) last night and then got on the XXXX Gold beers. But speaking of beer i'm looking at grabbing a Kegerator as my christmas pressie this year. Going to get back into home brewing.

The chart you posted was not about public safety, it was based on defence spending, and many other factors not having anything to do with what this thread is about, stick with the subject at hand. Surly you are able to comprehend that?

Egypt is on there too and they are STARVING for tourism..I had an acquaintance just come back and she said the tour had armed Egyptian guards..she said she never gave it a thought..I asked her why she thought they were there.

Not my idea of vaystaycay.
Egypt Tourism Statistics 1995-2022 - Macrotrends
https://www.macrotrends.net › countries › EGY › touris...

Egypt tourism statistics for 2018 was 12,704,000,000.00, a 47.11% increase from 2017. Egypt tourism statistics for 2017 was 8,636,000,000.00, a 161.22% increase .

Not my kind of place either but i know lots who have been. Lots of scams. Australian soldiers in WW1 caused a huge kafuffle in regard to arabs and their stealing and scams. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Wazzir

If you watched the saudi vid i posted a bit ago here's an Egypt one
