Miracle grow has time release nutrients which give plants nutrient burn easy because you don't know how much nutrient the plant is getting at anytime.Next time get miracle grow organic or fox farm ocean forest/happy frog.Does your miracle grow have time release pellets?Have you been giving them any nutrients?

dont stess over that. looks like a tad root damage over anything else. few things to think about; maybe dried out causing the roots to be preceptiable to the next feeding with the time release in Miracle grow. That stuff meant for outdoor use bud, look for the lowest, weakest shit offered by them and get some additives such as Vitamax or B52 bud. Ootherwise, good luck!

Im also having problems with my plants. My very bottom leaves are turning yellow... I havent used any nutes and my lights arent too close. my room can get a little hot at times but it always cools down.... Im using organic miracle grow that does feel up to 6 months but its not time released... I always wait to water my plants when the soil gets dry but this is also my first time growing.... Im afraid im going to kill them off!!! HELP! I also heard its normal for the bottom leaves to fall off as they get older but i want to make sure im not doing something wrong. 9-20-11.jpg

Hey.. well your style is a little off, so u are doing something wrong. Since you are not using time release than u should be supplementing. More important, your going organic and not using a brewed tea such as a metabolic tea. Issue also starts with MG products. A true organics means u gotta mix your soil together with products at supply the means your plants require. Soo, being respectful, u got some more reading 2 do. Choose either Organics or Synthetics. Also try and stay away from time release inside, generally we use it for outside growing. Its good product too. I recommend Osmocote at 20/20/20 by scotts-its the best they offer and leader in the industry. U can also get it 15/15/15 too.
Yellow leaves is gonna happen, i generally keep one or two around to help guide me through my flower stage. Around your flushing time u will prob get a few leaves falling but its all good. The rest of plant should be paling and maybe some purple hues might show on leaves.
U need a 2 or 3 part feed program with a good micro nuts and a good additive such as Vitamax or b52
Hope im some help. But u gotta make some changes! I would anyways, its simple and fairly cheep 2, to give u some level of success.

Kinda keep what they say at the grow store to a min too, lots of people dont know whats what, ha! Atleast he was right, but also understand pushing light to0 close can cause issue with elongation 2, just need to know whats what.

If its yellowing the bottom to the top, fan leaves only at first, then you're probably talking a Nitrogen deficiency. I find that MG Organic stuff runs out way faster than 6 months, a week or two into rapid veg at most. Dont let your soil get dry tho, organics needs a certain amount of moisture in the soil to keep your microherd alive and feeding the plant.

Best of luck tho, always good to see a new grower.
