In runoff? Looks like springtails. I do believe they are "friend", cleaning up your roots.

They are in the waste/drain water, and also visible top of the containers.
Using the bioall coco/peat blend.
Guy at the hydro store said they add beneficial predators to that mix...hopefully that's all they are...

Look like springtails are generally considered beneficial … they help breakdown organic material

Almost certainly springtails then.
Springtails are 100% beneficial. Theyre decomposers and break down organic matter in your pots.
