Ok so i just purchased a bag of worm castings and it reads as follows:

    N 1.5%
    P .7%
    K 1.5%
    Cal 1.6%
    S .2%
    FE .1%

Im Wondering if anyone has any more info on Worm castings and their contents?

To get all the details try writing the maker or send in a sample for analysis. The nutritional values are a reflection of the diet provided to the crawlers. Bagged and stored castings are generally less biologically active than fresh harvested.

Castings are good as top dressing, as a fraction of the potting mix ~10%, as a tea ingredient both aerated and basic extraction.

There's plenty of maniacal worm keepers online who love to chat and post info about their obsession.
