Mr I Can Do That For Half
Its a basic aero setup made out of 6 inch pvc pipe with a 1/2 inch pvc line with misters right? Just make sure its lower at 1 end for drainage. You ll need more then 48 inch shop light to flower though

ahh i see it now...yeah that would be a pretty normal set up... the square tubing just works easier than round pipe...

Yeah, the square fence posts make for more room for roots across the bottom. And the AeroFlo has the sprayers running along the top of the tube, spraying down into the nutrient flow. The bottom of the tube will be filled with roots and flooded, the sprayers won't work there.

any hardware store. lowes, home depot...much cheaper and with what potroast said about roots laying in the bottom, you also will get more volume of flow (wider flood in the square pipe), easier to cut your net cups holes in the tops and they will sit level no matter what. would be hard to get them to stand up real well in a circle pipe i would think. My misters are run through the top of the square tubing and spray down on the cups and hydroton. there fore the flood will never stop your spray and prevent clogs from other water and roots laying over your misters later on when they get big..... hope this helps...i would redesign just because there is already an easier, more efficient way.
