Will panda film melt easily?

I didn't think I was "trolling" but sorry if I offended you in anyway. I was just trying to help the OP and put in my opinions on the matter, not facts. I won't argue with you over anything when I don't know if I am right. It was just a friendly conversation I thought.

In my case I have two 6" intakes for my flowering room, (14L x 7W x 12H) one intake has a 140mm fan coming from my veg room, (7L x 7W x 12H), the other is a passive intake from the opposite side of the flowering room, crawl space air that is very cool. Helps allot !

I still maintain negative pressure. I run a couple cool tubes and a massive 6" intake mountain air scrubber. The flower room air never gets hotter then 63-74 degrees. That's 2x1000w & sometimes a 600w added in if needed. The veg room has only a boosted 400w and some HO T3s. Usually it's like this for most of the year except you know when months ... Lol then I have to tweak some stuff.

I have been known to be oversensitive. My apologies for being rude.

Good to know it works good for you Niblix. I could see the cool air helping if you have a spot to pull it in from. A good place to exhaust the hot air is essential to me. I can't believe you only use 2 1ks sometimes in a 7x14 room though, heck you could fit 6 of them in there and be pretty good. I just like a lot of light, but I know the bigger space you can cover with the light the better your grams per watt generally are. I used to run 4x4 rooms with 1k a lot and wished that they were 5x5's instead for that reason. I just can't believe you cover a whole 7x14 space with only 2 lights though. You are probably pulling in some crazy numbers with those.

And Slab, it's all good man. Apology accepted. It is also very hard to understand someones tone on the internet, or any type of text for that matter.

Ah a space , my kingdom for a space.

All this air talk and we could have advised the man to use the panda film to build a stand alone space outside his closet,( pvc pipe and t joints aprox 30usd)even give him a little more headroom lol.

Yea if he had a spot to put it that is the way to go in my opinion. Except I always build them with 2x4's instead of pvc.. Not sure how well the piping holds up with all the weight on it. I figure it does ok.. but I like to not worry about adding tons of weight to the 2x4's and hanging random stuff from them. Plus all it takes is a couple screws and a drill and you can add a new board across them anywhere you want. I haven't built many rooms like this as I usually like to use plywood and 2x4's for a more permanent room but I have used the panda film before with great results. I plan on building one here in the next few days since I am not sure it will be permanent and it is much easier to put up then plywood.

.

Technically it's 11 ft because I have 3 ft blocked at the entrance of the room and then there's a floating wall with door to enter the room. That space is for the res and it helps keep the water and nutes cool from the crawl space air entering. I could add more lights but but lol
