Will 360 watts of fluoro tubes grow good?

I have 360 watts of fluorescent tubes all 4 feet
-2 40 watt full spectrum
-5 40 watt cool white
-1 85 watt cool white
-1 75 watt grow light(purple 2 feet)

I am on week 5 of vegetation and they were going slow so I added this and now it's 360 watts I have 8 plants, will this speed up the growth??
