Why No Resin And Slow Bud Formation

Just what the title says. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. This is far from my first grow and I always run DWC hydro. This is by far my slowest flower ever.

Strain: Critical 47
Age: 76 days old 25 of that in flower
R/O Water
PPM: 1800
PH 5.9
Day temp no higher than 80
Night temp no lower than 72

My girl is healthy and green, the stem is thicker than a Bic lighter. Lower leaves die off, but that's to be expected.
People with insight on this please chime in.

Thx

Just over 2 weeks into flower? They look like they are right where they should be at this stage. Those flowers look like the plant is in full swing now so pound it to her. She is about to explode. At this stage if you can drop the nitrogen, just a little, your resin production will not be hampered by overload. She's a mighty fine specimen....patients my friend...patients. JAS

Yea, my observations are based off of my previous grows where the node spacing was closer, not the fact with a good scrog where every node is pretty much on it's own.
