Bush did not rally the nation after 9/11..you must not be from the US.

Approval rating does NOT a rally make..if I remember correctly, it appeared that the Bush was HESITANT to go to NY..now I must say, I was living in Rutherford, NJ at the time and could see the smoke rising..so i remember the stupid look on his face when told what had just occurred..WE the NY/NJ residents were not to happy with initial reactions..personally, I think he is/was a coward. It was the mayor at the time, Rudy Giuliani who stood on the pile of rubble..who rallied the country! Bush just rode in his coattails.

Rallied the country to do what? If by "rallied" you mean sell a fruitless war to the american people then I would agree with you. As it stands now this country is more divided and more broke due to this rallying. Of course Bush didn't give a shit he just wanted everyone to have a good cry and get it out of their system so he could get down to business.
IMO Bush sold Americans the "War on Terror". Wasn't THAT the phrase HE coined? and of course, the ever popular "Evil Doers"..ROFL

When I lived in Florida, I used to go fishing at the pier. I got to know an old black gentleman; fishing acquaintances you might say. Anyway, he really cracked me up one day when we were talking politics. He said, "ten of them can't run a McDonald's, why the hell would you think one of them could run a country". I have a lot of respect for Obama because in the beginning he tried to run the office as it was meant to be ran, but he got steamrolled by all the "politicians". I didn't vote for him, but I certainly didn't vote for McCain. I was just worried that Obama wouldn't have enough experience. I think it was a travesty that he got the Nobel prize, because he got it because he wasn't Bush; is what I think. Anyway, I still think Bush is a criminal and one of the worst presidents we have ever had. He destabilized a whole region, ran the country into the ground, violated privacy and did not honor the legislature; just to name a few. Now I see in the papers that Bush's approval rating is going up??? How soon we forget.

Anyone who rid the world of someone like Osama Bin Laden deserves the Nobel..IMO

Decent point. It could be debated, obviously, whether killing someone should be something for which the Nobel PEACE prize is awarded, but I do respect the fact that it was under his presidency that we got him when Clinton and Bush both tried and were unsuccessful.

Everyine wants to blame bush for a war that was inevitable. Osama b l orchestrates an attack on us. We of course need to retaliate, I think it wasba perfect excuse ti get rid of the tirriant Saddam Hussein at the same time of course this control and power freak whi had and used wmd's against sirria still had some sort of wmd's if not why did he go into a public bank take a few million and retreat leving his people behind. Bush acted accordingly and bravley. I love the video of him with grade school kids when he finds out cause everyone is like oh he just sat there. No shit he was in shock the words america is under attack would put anyone especially the president into deep thought it looked like worry and compasion not der da der to me. Obama rode that wave into office and snuck by the second term and now is pulling all the bs he couldn't pull the first 4 years cause he knew no realection would happen. Plus what did he do where is this new health care system cause I'm still paying 300 mobthly for insurance and still have huge unpaid amounts and are economy? Yeah it can't be fixed over night but all his bandaid fixes have left an infection if he would have peeled back and fot deeper we might not look so bad. Romney was our chance, oh but he's mormon so what he lives a clean and spiritual life. Obama is muslim who in extreme cases are our worst enemy, like I said the exremists not hating on muslims. I do agree with one thing Obama has done and th ats his gitmo strategy that's it. He spent more time being part of a video game featured some how in nba2010 6 days spwnt with games production team in his first year as president, then bush did to react during 911.

Thats all military its been ongoing intelligence since bush administration. The military has continued until they found him of course they let him know so he could give the go but he wasn't doing any work guaranteed. He did call bush as soon as he gave the go, to let him know what happened and whats about to happen. so he really didn't take credit but he's a giant d-bag and this negative energy I'm giving off thinking about its hurting my plants so no more rants on the sad state of our white house.

And Bush was informed by hundreds of Political Science and Foreign Policy professors of the repercussions that would arise from invading Iraq. One outcome was the destabilization of a region. Like him or not, Saddam kept all the neighboring countries in check which was in our best interest. I hardly think the war was inevitable.
They knew what would happen if we invaded Iraq.
