Using a 20 gallon bag for that one, and Roots 707 and House and Garden nutes. I'll use House and Garden nutes for most the summer , then switch to a bunch of stuff for flowering , bat guano , roots nutes ,ect...

Starting early is the key , but putting them out too soon and they will flower and screw it all up. At this elevation late May is the safest time to start putting them out, also I don't harden them off at all , right from GH to grow spot outside. The spot outside has been tilled about a dozen times at least and the soil augmented to help growth, drip lines run too all plants with a 0-10 gph drip emitter , that has a splitter so it can be switched from water to nutes , nutes are handled by 2 - 55 gallon drums with a pump , at this stage only hitting nutes once a week , going twice a week next month and they will get more as they progress into flowering later this summer.

So did the BSer take off crying or what?
yea he must have....he was posting like crazy for the week or so before, then I busted his balls, and he hasn't been back since. I know I would be waaay too embarrassed to come back if I got busted lying like that.....but then again I don't talk shit just to talk shit.

I have a picture from last year.. This is a monster. This strain is a bc big bud strain iv had for years. I even had to keep cutting the tops, it was growing to tall. 7/12 8 feet~ This strain grows by itself.

hey, thanks bgood... this is my first REAL grow ever... so the positive reinforcement helps to boost the confidence! I must say that between my one buddy and this site, I have learned a lot in a little amount of time.

I know no joke!, if you're willing to listen to what every person has to offer (and not shut them down because you think they're wrong like some people on this site) then you can create your own way. This site is great for that because you can stay anonymous and make friends! Alot of smart people on this forum you can tell by looking at their plants!

I have the biggest plants of anyone I know. It looks like a couple people on here have a few plants that are either slightly taller or slightly bushier (or in some cases, both lol) than mine though. Overall, I think my crop is still pretty decent though because I don't have just one or two big ones, all of mine are huge and are in full tack mode gaining like inches every day ;)

Heres some pics from two or three days ago: A couple of the crop overall and one of my tallest plant (a Skywalker OG) with a tape measure. Its kinda dark and hard to see but if you have a good monitor you can see it stands about 46" tall. As of today, its probably more like 50-52".

Oh and the four plants in pots in the foreground of the first pic are about halfway done flowering. They are Jillybean, Querkle, Skywalker OG and Sour D and I take them out of a vented light-tight enclosure every morning @ 7:30 and put them back in every night @ 7:30 :)
