Who Else Knows That Ron Paul will NEVER be President?

The longer these threads last the more the realization WHY Ron the Paul will never be President. I'm just worried his disciples will opt for the Heaven's Gate solution and commit mass suicide when their God is defeated.

Jobs should be based on merit, not race. Affirmative action doesn't ACTUALLY hurt me, it REALLY hurts the people it was supposed to protect.
If you are the owner of the business it potentially harms you, your autonomy has been usurped. The term "owner" is then a facade.

Businesses would be more successful if they did not eliminate potential customers. Failing to exploit a market niche by practicing racism or sexism comes with a down side. The free market would REWARD a nondiscriminator (increased sales) and punish a discriminator.

The rest of your response is emotional. An "unfree market" is a manifestation of... here we go again.....let's all say it...."the initiation of aggression"
Banks did not eliminate potential customers
They just charged minorities more money

Car dealerships financed cars at higher rates to minorities

These companies didnt eliminate potential customers

They EXPLOITED them

since you shit-canned your own example, want to come up with another one?

or perhaps you can expound on how AA hurts the people it was supposed to protect?

i'm interested either way.
Tell me UB, who would be the more educated child? one who is given A's no matter how bad they do on tests, or the child who was held accountable?

Now they just exploit them through the use of credit scores!!

i gave a perfect example earlier of how i could have discriminated against a customer to the tune of $10 or $20 an ounce to my benefit. he would have no recourse to obtain the same product cheaper.

i imagine it works very much the same way in rural markets where competition is not so ideal as you make it out to be.

real world versus ideology.

I agree with you that he will probably never be President. I do like the idea of ending U.S. aggression throughout the world and putting the wheels in motion to end the racist drug war, as well as getting rid of fiat money. What about you...you okay with those things?

i asked for an example, you come back at me with a riddle of sorts.

i fail to see how this riddle relates to civil rights or affirmative action.

Okay you get a merit badge for being a good guy....being a good guy is a good thing. What does that have to do with your acceptance of a policy that forces people to associate if one or both parties may not want to?

You should see a doctor, several maybe go to a university. You may offer proof that smoking pot cause schizophrenia
that doesn't even make any sense. Schizophrenia is characterized by disorganized thought processes, paranoia, and illogical thinking and bizarre fantasies. Oh and a bunch of jumping to conclusions....

Everything you describe require acts of congress to accomplish not rhetoric from a political hack.

You don't ? oh hell i figured YOU would at least get it. ok let me explain. Getting a job through AA is just like getting an A on that history test where you thought the Capital of South Dakota was "The Back Street boys".

You want a riddle? How about one of the most famous ever? "What's in my pocket?"

do we really have to go in circles?

i accept civil rights because it ended major harm by abridging freedom just slightly.

again, i have a right to swing my fist. that right ends at your face. my right to swing my fist is abridged, just slightly, and i agree with it.

go on, tell me about how aggression plays into this simple analogy.

No it is not. What you are describing is illegal. And is no part of any affirmative action law
