WHITE WIDOW CFL GROW (updates every second day)

eh fellas,

i have a ww from nirvana that is 34 days into flower, and i decided to make a journal beecause i look at them waaaaay too much, and id like to look back on this when im done...

lights (NOT EQUIVILANTS)

- 4 45W cfl's
- 1 65W cfl

baaaah, i dont feel like typinggg.. any questions just ask :leaf:

about the pics: im pretty sure i singed the hairs off my top cola but im not suree... hopefully its not a hermie, that wouldnt be a good start.. haa. but i asked my amigos on here and they said it looks like light burn. any other takers?

the rest of the plant looks delicious though.. buds are still a little small, but hopefully they'll plump up because theirs still so much time left.

matter of fact in 4 and a half hours it will be day 35 of 12/12 for me

i vegged mine for about a month and threw it into flower..

do you have any idea why my cola looks nothing like yours? light burn? hermie?
the internode at the top are really close together so theirs like leaves jammed packed at the top.. could that be why the cola has not many hairs on itt... im completely stumpedddd

alrighty so heres the second day updates as promised.
the buds are really starting to fatten up. also, for some reason it looks like its maturing from the bottom and working it way up.
NOTE* acapulco gold, ak48 and california hash sprouted today

lookin awesome bro.. but if i may, ditch those pieces of tinfoil around your cfls... may very well be why your plant has light burn

ahh okay thanks broha.. any advice on what i can use to enhance the cfls? i know they have 360 degree coverage but i really only need 180.. im using the light bulb splitters so a regular cfl reflector wont work

heres a couple more pictures.. im gunna take more tomorrow when i water it, its just a pain in the ass getting it in and out of the tub :wall:

honestly though, the plant just looks like its maturing from the bottom up.. the top its still green, while the rest of the plant has all white hairs... weirddd.. anyone have experiance with this?

You need to keep a fan circulating 24/7 around them...Like your set-up btw, bud looks awesome...I grow aero-hydro w/ CFLs from seed to harvest...looks like you are spot on, might want to back off alittle w/lights being so close....

thanks for the advice dude.. i have two fans i bought at walmart hittin em right now, you just cant see them in the pictures..

anyways you said you grow with cfls? how are your yeilds? do you think mine looks like its supposed at week 6

Your truely look healthy as hell. My 1st grow w/6 plants got about 12-13 pint jars, 2nd grow w/4 plant got 15 jars, plus a 1-1/4 oz of underbud for honey oil, so now I am re-flowering for a 2nd go-around. Strains I am currently growing are Landrace Colombian Gold and Blue Widow.
My CFLs:
six-105watt, 2700k, 5000 lumen
six-85watt, 6500k, 4500 lumen
six-65watt, 2700k, 4000 lumen
four-55watt, 2700k, 3860 lomen
four-45watt, 3000k, 3200 lumen and a shit load of 23watters in the 2700k and 6500k range

Looks like you have a great grow, hard to tell what your outcome will be, but it appears it should be really good

Hey man your grow looks amazing. For reflectors for my 68 watt cfl bulbs i buy some extenders. Umm they screw in to your splitter, and have to socket adapters built in. I got em from home depot. Anyways with those screwed into your splitters you should have enough room to buy and work ligt hood from home depot and it will help direct the light onto certain areas of the plant. Anyways just my two cents bro good work on the girls. keep it up.

For the smaller cfls i use to use coke can and would cut half of it up and use it to direct the light to a specific area. I dont really know ow to explain how to make it but i found out about it on a DIY post in here when i searched for it. ope this helps.

anyways i forgot all about the popcan reflectors, thanks for reminding me .. im definatly gunna take a little trip to home depot tho and check out those extenders and a light hood tho.. sounds like what i need... that, or a tight space with 3 walls haha
