White top... Anyone seen this before?

I have a white tipped bud in my garden and it is on a bud that is way lower than all the rest. The same plant has other budz way closer so I wonder how light bleaching isn't affecting the buds right up on the light
It is possible to get light bleaching on older lower leaves, not really uncommon at all.

Edit: How much room do you have exactly? It looks like 2-4"

the white tipped bud is 9" below the light
the rest of this plant is around 6" below the panels.
PPFD is at 1300
one part of the same plant is 1" from the panel with no burn on that bud

1" - 9" at 1300 PPFD and you want to argue with everyone that claims this is bleached tip related?

What is the purpose of recreating this anyways even if you believe it has elevated potency what are you getting from each run, 5 bong tokes of "white-tip?"

It is very possible to have burnt/bleached lowers while parts closer to the light remained untouched, that is 100% no reason to believe its not bleached.

yeah I never checked the light with my meter until today. I have them turned all the way down and raised as high as possible

i guess I just expected the tops up close to the light to be even more bleached

It’s light bleaching, I’ve had it happen exactly like that before on the tip of the main cola of a big ole gorilla glue, also in dwc. Flew to close to the sun got burnt. Rest of the plant was fine, fire even lol.

Yea, I would expect the same if I didnt learn different from someone with more experience. Ive seen lower leaves burnt/bleached without the tops but not flowers myself. Its typically older parts that have been exposed to the light longer.

I cant even approach that distance+PAR, are you supplementing co2? My LED runs a spectrum very high on red/blue Im not sure how that factors in but Ive heard it will burn at lower PAR?
