white spots on my plants,

they have just this past couple days started to produce the white pistils

they're autoflowers being grown in biobizz light mix and with biobizzgro for nutes, ph around 6.5-7
growing outdoors

i havent given them any nutes or any water in a week or 2 as i over watered them or over fed them and i was told to leave them abit.. on a previous thread i created, so i did, the soil is still damp about halfway down the pots and now this is happening to them :(

got a few slit-like holes with a couple white spots.

please help i dont want them to die :(

Lol... Dude looks like bug damage to me. Check the under of the leaf. See if you see white dot larvae looking things

I would run a systemic pesticide 2x a week between. Azamax works. Bugs are no joke. Also, neem oil as a spray treatment is a good idea. Check roots also for larvae.

Nope, it can probably be that your leaves are to close to the lights and the leaves are touching the light.
