White dots on my plant

I started to notice white dots showing up on one .Of my plants I just placed this particular plant in a new pit with new soil from home Depot could .it .be powdery mildew or maybe spider mites

flip the leaf over, if its mites you will see tiny black dots.

probably just your plant freaking out on the new compost, a lot of store bought is too strong for young plants

Its not mildew. I was also going to say flip them over to check for mite but its been said. Its prob new ground. Could be a little heavy on water as well. I dont see much perlite in your soil.

Ok cool thanks and I'm new to growing I should I maybe add perlite ?

If you do add some, you mix it with your soil before your next transplanting. Its not the end of the world, just be mindful of your watering. I dont think you have anything super alarming going on. Just keep your eyes peeled.
