Indoor, its too wet in my city
I got tired of mold/bugs and all that shit outdoor, i couldn't take it lol it was just too much work being i have a full time job, most the time i had to chop weeks early which is a shitty feeling after months of work.

Shit I hear you! My neighbor that sold me everything had built a greenhouse out back that constantly needs work Bc it's so windy n rainy out here. Def had spider mites, aphids n bud rot issues which is why I'm trying my luck at indoor. At 85, did you have better yields? I've been able to mitigate the temps to between 79-86. Also in the same boat, I got a baby, full time job, this and my own biz

It really depended on what strain i was running.
Dj shorts blue dream took 85f like a champ and grew quick as hell even with a 1000w bulb 12" away but afghan kush/gdp/gsc all did better with lower temps.
The light you use also has alot to do with how much ambient temp you can get away with, 85 isnt too bad for t5's/led's.

I prefer a mix of bulbs. If running cheap bulbs a 50/50 mix of 3000k and 6500k works best. For yield the GE 4100k works best.
I use agromax bulbs. 2-bllom, 2-veg, 2-pure par, 1 10,000k+uva and the last is a random one I threw back in.
These are in 15 inch wide pots for size reference. Autos. With photos and a couple toppings you could have 3 foot plants with multiple tops.

Mind if I ask where you're growing (garage etc)? And did you do any bug or plant prevention?

In a 10x10 sealed room, i also stopped preventatives and dont bring dirty shoes ect, clones in without quarentine. If i were to leave the sealed room, and start in a living room cab ect then id give a neem dunk every 2 weeks of veg.

I prefer the spinosad. Use it once in veg and once in bloom and mixed with water for systemic and pest free since.

I actually bought the captain jack spinosad, never had a chance to use it yet.. I dont think the bugs like my cold room lol. I did use neem as a preventative when using my cab in the living room, seemed to work but i hate that fucking smell lol

If you got access to an hps ...use that
more so in the last few weeks of bud
I've used T5/T8's for years the truth being the light don't go that far
as such imo. to strip the lower(1ft) of laterals as they get little light
use as clones
this also improves ventilation, with a hit of neem oil every week
reduces molds and bugs to zero
but like I said if you got an hps use that for 12x12
it;ll be worth it
