which gives the user more THC per gram: tincture, smoke, or canna butter?

i'd have to say the buds themselves contain the most thc per gram if you are excluding hash/kief.
If you're being sarcastic, then please forgive me for misunderstanding. If you're not being sarcastic, then you misunderstood my original question.

well your question is hard to answer. you asked what contains the most thc per gram, out of those 3 choices smoke would be my best estimate... and it has been scientifically proven that there is no better/faster way to medicate than smoking it

It has been proven that it is faster, and it is certainly easier to accomplish titration going the smoke or vaporizer route. But it has not been proven that it is better, if better means healthier, or overall more effective.

Like I say, smoking and vaping are definitely faster, and titration is definitely a simpler matter using those methods. Being faster, it gives relief from symptoms quicker. But it is not, from what I can tell, any more effective.

Also, with smoking, more bud is wasted. This would make vaping--when done correctly and with a good machine--more efficient than smoking. The burnt plant matter from the joint smoke would also mean that vaping is healthier than smoking (presumably). That said, there are a few folks like me who have good, properly functioning vaporizers and good bud, but can't vaporize every day because even vaporizing good bud that was properly grown/flushed/harvested, in the correct amounts at the correct temps with a good, properly functioning machine, makes our chests hurt for days.

I get the same therapeutic effects from properly made green dragon tincture. And I can get many more doses from properly made tincture, than from properly made canna butter, or from vaping, using the same amount of bud. The only downside is that it is (much) slower to take effect (around an hour for me), and if I accidentally take too much, the side effects are worse than if I simply took one too many hits off a vaporizer or joint. This means that it takes a good deal longer to accomplish titration with each new batch. For some folks, this would be unacceptable. For me it is fine. Plus, I have no chest pain or coughing, and I can get a hell of a lot more mileage out of one ounce of bud. :)

(3.5 grams of moderately potent sensimilla means 28 doses for me, when we are speaking of properly made green dragon).
