Where's My + Rep at???????

I put this in the Newbie Central so all the noobs would get this.

Me and a whole lot of other people on this Site give out a whole lot of usefull info, and some times i would like to be + Repped for the time and effort i put in to helping the Noob growers out. Im always + repping people for nice Pictures and info and i think all us vetts would like the same respect. Im relatively new to the site but not to growing. So to all the newbies when you get help, + Rep the man or woman who helped you out, and more than likely you will get repped for your efforts at growing the Erb. I know that a persons rep dosnt always count but you can always see the post that people put out to check if there info is at least viable.

Shit I am new to the site and to growing, but a lot of the questions asked I can provide answers(which I do) before because I have researched and been almost through the first grow. I always +rep people as well for help or pictures but a lot of people do not. Nice post.. EXAMPLE HERE +REP!

thats what im talking about SS206 back at ya. and FYI im not trying to get rep from this post im not a rep whore i want to earn it honestly, i just wanted to let every one aware of what the star icon thingy was underneath every post in a thread. I try to help every one i can when i can.

I completely understand .. And im sure that a lot more people would post info to help people more if everyone was giving out rep to those.. I mean that is why it's on here Edit:Lol and im sure people think that I am just trying to get hella rep because of whats in my sig but this is the reason I put it in there.

Lol for sure but you might see a rise in people answering questions.. Every day I see questions go unanswered and just drop down the list because I don't always have the knowledge to help just sayin it is there for a reason lol

In the help thread where I answer questions everyday I have 256 post since 4-16 and have been repped 5 times (twice by the same member) I don't do it for rep points and don't care about rep, using rep to judge whether the info is good is wrong and answering questions to get rep is wrong

I have found that if you simply give out real help and good info rep just seems to happen on it's own, there is no reason to ask for it or to expect it IMO RIU would be a better place without it, a simple thank you is pretty nice and goes a long way

Im not sayin + rep on every post but if its good info or a good grow hook a fellow grower up is all im sayin. I have been growing long enough to know who to take advice from and who not too. i see people on here and there only mission is to troll and they wouldn't know good dope if they smoked it. I always check out other post by people with good rep to see if they really know or if they just got lucky. Im growin good erb i dont want to junk it by listening to some egg head. YA KNOW.
