When to Transplant Rooted Clones

So I have some 15 day old OG Kush clones, some bearing viable roots and others still undetectable. They have been "baking" in my clone oven under plastic bags, with twice a day foliar feeding. Of the six original, one has died and I would say 2 of them have dense, lush, green foliage (see image). I really don't want to disturb them much so I don't exhaustively search for viable roots. However, one of them has viable roots (see image), just barely extending out of the rock-wool cube. My questions are:

1) If I can't see viable roots, but the clones have dense foliage growth is this an indication of appropriateness for transplantation, or must one see root growth through the rock-wool prior to transplanting.

2) I will be transplanting them into a "neutral soil mix" i.e. one with no nutes, so my question is there anything I should do as far adding nutes/water to the soil prior to planing them or should I plant them first and then start with half strength nutes a week after the transplant?

3) Once transplanted should I continue with the follier feeding cycle?

4) Any other basic issues I should know during the transplant phase as this is my first time

1. Yes, if you are pretty certain that they're perked up, and have resumed vegetative growth. That's an indicator that they've taken root. I used to go by that,(frequently) when I cloned in soil.

2. Water them right after the transplant, and as long as you keep foliar feeding, that'll sustain them through the first week, easily(and happily.lol). When it's time fert the soil, some good advice is to go 1/4 strength, and see how they react. Then, step it up next time, if you think they're ready for it. Better safe, than sorry. It's alot easier to add more fert, than it is, to reverse fertburn.

3. Yes, at least once a week. I just brushed up on some foliar info, and started using it again tonight, and am definitely going to continue. Normally, when I feed or water the soil, my plants droop afterwards, usually until the next day. Tonight, I foliar fed, as well as soil fed, and the plants were perked up within two hours, and i mean perked up. I actually had to raise my fluoros about 1/2". I was/am impressed.

4. I can't think of anything really important, that you might be missing. Hmm....make sure your water is PH'ed to around 6.5-6.8, and use as much soil as will fit in the container,(well over 3/4 full) and sounds like you'll be good to go. Best of luck, to ya.

Thanks for the quick reply! One last questions...when you foliar feed mature plants I assume you are doing so right as you switch the lights on so as not to encourage mold growth? Also are you using nutes in the spray or just H20?
