When to put germinated seeds under a light

Help! Question, When you germinate the seeds on a paper towel at what point do you put them into a Root Riot cube, how deep into the cube (covered or uncovered), and when do you put it under a light. How long is this process? Thanks!

I purchased seeds from Attitude and they, for the most part, germinated with the taproot. But every one just sits there and does nothing from that point. Any feedback on this "simple" project would be appreciated.

CAREFULLY into the cube when the tap root is 1/4 inches or more. Under light when you see them peeking out of the cube or soil.
How long? Weeks for veg, more weeks for flowering. You have some reading catch up to do. You should of already had the answers before the first seed ever cracked.

I prefer to put them into medium as soon as you see the small white root coming out. Plant them about 1/4-1/2 in deep tap root up and cover them. Once the seedling pops make sure it has good light or it will grow tall and leggy. I just germinate with the light on.
