Wondering when you do your last topping of your plants?
I topped 3 weeks before flower so I think I fucked up?
Is this too close to flower?

My last top is during the first few days of bloom. I can't wait to hear all the crap I'm going to get for saying that, LOL

Did this work out well for you?
The question I have is what kind of shape you have in mind for your plants, and why? It's essential to begin with the end firmly in mind when training plants, as it's difficult and wasteful to try and change its structure after its grown.

Latest u could top and still reap benefits from it is right before flowering induced or right when it's induced.. the earlier the better...

Ive always heard to give the plant atleast a week or two just to regrow the growth you removed.
Isnt it asking alot of the plant to regrow new shoots while it flowers?
I understand that theres an initial stretch during the early stages of flower but it has to take energy away from flowering.

You shouldn't get no craps. But the earlier u do it the more Ur plants branch out and bigger nugs u will get.

Not if you do it at the right time ;)

In long flowering sativa yiu can nick the tops after genereal structure has formed and it will swell. Can get 8" wide clubs vs 4-5ft spears.
Plus if indoors it lets more ligjt to lower side shoots

When the plants are still youngish and the stems are flexible u can train it how you like but after the stems firm up and almost get a bark like quality to them it is a bitch to lst
