When buds produce seeds....

Are there any seeds in the pods. It's not unusual to get pods and no seeds.

Hey Bird-
Ohhh yeah, them beans are in there. Now I'm hoping and this is possible, that there are some buds absent of them. While I can plainly see them in some, there are others where I cannot see evidence of them.

For the first time I'm trying one of those little Burpee cloners. It has the tray of water under it and a spongemat on top of it that the inside tray sits on and a plastic cover for the whole thing. I used 2 of those little discs that blow up when water touches them to about 2 inches high. I have 2 Sugerpunch clones in there and I'll see what happens.

So your vegging from a seed then ? So, if you clone then, you wont know if you have females or not correct ? If the plant turns female, then your gold with the clones right ?
I have one of Sannies Sugarpunch vegging right now and I think I'm gonna try cloning it the more I read about that strain. Its a feminized seed so I should be good if I can raise a clone that actually lives...
This time of year, I can veg outdoors for a month and then flip them indoors. Depending on their size and my space availability, I'll either re-veg for a while or simply finish. However, the next lady coffee pheno will be vegged all summer as a mother 4/cloning...then I'll let nature finish her up in the Fall. I have a huge exception upcoming with another project I wanna try, Malawi Gold. Those have a 16-20 weeks flower time, no way in hell I would even attempt to sex those from seed b/c I'm guessing they take over a month to show.

Perfect time of year for that. I just had 2 blueberry doms that hated a 12/12 from seed, they flowered at a 3" height. B/C our day lengths are still on the increase I tossed them outside after transplanting, didn't take long and they were vegging strong...bout' 2 weeks.
