Just remember flushing is complete horse shit taper your nutrients those last two weeks your plant will put on a good bit of weight. Don’t hinder its production by starving them.
When u flush roots before harvest you keep watering with some food?
I water with EC 0.0 and plants eat from the food in their leaves.
U don't loose in the final yield and u get high Quality buds

same can be said for not flushing.
@Lordhooha is right, taper nutes properly and you wont sacrifice yield nor quality.

This debate has been popping off in various threads for a very long time , theres no right or wrong answer, just different opinions.

Yah if I feed at 1.8 ec ill drop down until im feeding .5 ish ec the last week. it does hurt yield and quality especially in coco. I mean I've done it all and have enough reasonsto ensure I get the best quality bud. Currently running 6 rooms with 150ish plants each.

I have a 4x cxb3590 light i use. Draws about 340 watts and I think my last grow that was in a 4x4 was 11 or 12 ounces from 4 girls. I gave that tent away and have a 2x4 with 1 girl in it. Not sure but it won't be near 3 ounces. You can pull some good yields from it though.

I'm in a 3x3 with 440 watts of cobs and qb.
Average yeild with 4 plants in 3 gallon pots (soil) is 8-12 ounces.
When I use my rdwc setup in the same 3x3 I get 16-20 ounces.
Usually top once and run plants through a trellis.
Why some people use 3 gallons and others 5 does it make a difference ?

i use hid in the winter and led in the summer simple mathmatics
What’s a good hid light for the winter? Growing in nyc in the winter do you think I’ll need additional equipment to raise temperatures. Do you use heater also in the winter or is hid suffice to keeping the plants at an ideal temperature
