whats this on my medium?

hey, whats this white fluffy scum shit on my medium? i got 5 plants and its mostly on one pot...

EDIT: i can't upload a pic as the manager is crashing this page and being unresponsive. but if you know just from the description then let me know :)

How often do you water? Does the soil stay moist for too long?

some weird alien looking shit. the plants are fucked any how, mag def, spider mites, i'm just about to chop them down and smoke em. had a really bad humidity problem to begin with and i do drench the soil so i guess its wet 85% of the time but i do let em dry out.
 
yea the stones are because the grow shops round here been shut down so i had to go a builders merchant and get a bag of stones :D

type of mold ,simple your 2 wet let your shit dry out ,mold doesnt live on dry soil ,and turn your soli a lil by hand on top to help your soil dry out.

Yes it may be a harmful mold or it could very well also be beneficial fungus???????? Either way I would almost bet the farm it was introduced by one of those rocks. Its cool to use rocks from outdoors to make it easier to water w/o displacing medium. Just boil them in water for 3-5 minutes next time before using them.

another nice tip. its builders gravel i used it as drainage in the bottom of the pots too. i did wash some in my bath but i got bored. i will get some proper hydro pebbles online next time.

Dirt all the way to the bottomm of the pot. The gravel in the bottom crap is outdated........
