Whats the Best Reason For Dispute on Seed Order?

Well basically the title says it all. I need to dispute a charge from everyonedoesit and I need some advice about what i should tell me credit card company. I do not want them to ask me what site I bought it from because they can check whats on that site. Basically Everyonedoesit screwed me and i have been waiting a month for my seeds to be shipped out.

So Please tell me what is the Best and Safest way to dispute a seed order From one of these Sites?

If seeds are legal in your country, you could challenge it just like a normal purchase as you could claim it was a souvenir gift for a friend. If seeds are not legal, then you dont have a leg to stand on. I would suggest that you take it on the chin and order from a company who treats their customers well. I have had good experience from Herbiesheadshop.com, cannabis-seeds.co.uk and stenkraft.com. They all ship internationally however their prices vary a fair bit. Hope this helps.

isnt it only a crime if you geminate the seeds? anyways, just tell your credit company u have noticed some fraudulent charge on your card. Say you were just reviewing your account and you have noticed a charge that you did not place. Ask for new card w a differnt account number so you seem concerned that someone has your credit info. ive done it many times just not w seed orders, they usually fix the problem quick n credit your account. good luck

Nice one, thats a good idea. I am not "up" on laws of other areas, i know in the UK they are legal but germination is not.

Its going to be hard to do that because i placed 2 different orders on 2 different dates. Another Problem is that they might keep the Ip address from my pc and claim that i am committing fraud if they tell me that these orders where placed from my house. Either way it seems to me that Im screwed. BTW i live in the US.
