what are you having tonight? i might go out. i have nothing in the house to prepare.

do you make your own ranch? I make buttermilk ranch but i need a thickener. I think I am going to make some buttermilk from cultures and run it through a cheesecloth.

Taking my lady out, date night tonight. We have this bomb little chinese spot we like to go to. Friendly waitresses and excellent food. We usually get the pineapple fried rice served in a cut open half of a fresh pineapple, honey walnut prawns, and some other kind of meat dish. Damn, now I really can't wait...honey!!!

The raw tiger prawns were pretty fucking good as well. Chinese is my all time favourite style cuisine, althouhg you always get hungry a few hours after eating i find.

I'm in the process of making Phở (Vietnamese soup). It's takes about 6 hours to make but it's well worth it. I started at 3pm and it should be done around 9pm.

I learned how to make it from a Thai friend of mine. It's delicious. :p

I'ma fanatic for Korean food so i go to Korean BBq restaurant often,, Even there they serve Vietnamese.

Best soup i have ever had. They slice the meat so thin they simply throw it in right b4 they serve you and the soup cooks it through . Tender as ever..

That's how I'm doing it. The trick is to freeze the beef and cut it while it's frozen. That way you can get paper thin strips. The whole house smells great. :D
