My diet over the past few days has been attrotious. Staying in a £30 a night hotel, no fridge, no cooking facilities, so junk food followed by junk food. But finally got myself a flat yesterday so tonight we dine in style. Dim sum!

Gourmet burger as in just generic, or as in from the gourmet burger kitchen? I've had McDonalds every day since getting into London. Bloody awesome. Off to the Harrods food hall in a tick, I shall take some photos. In the mood for some head cheese.

Wife is going out for cocktails and food with friends, so Papa is staying home with the Yin and having a fry up! sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding, fried toast, fried tomato, baked beans, and possibly some "lazy wife fries" -luie wijven friets:)

Ye just their own mix man. Enjoy Harrods man the food hall is by far the best thing in the place
Harrods is fucking ridiculous. They had a coffee table that cost more than our holiday home.

The food hall was a bit of a joke. Not saying there wasn't some great products, but what a rip off. The seafood was good but many items were about 15 to 20 pounds per kilo more than they can be found elsewhere, and the stuff I can get elsewhere is of far superior quality, and for even just generic branded items, it seemed a minimum of a 25% price premium just because its from Harrods. I found it both funny and depressing, but it certainly goes to show that people with money are not necessarily clever if they're happy to get ripped off just so they can tell their dinner guest it came from Harrods.

But the beef they had there, holy shit, doesn't get much better than that. They had to have a manager supervising the butcher when he cut steaks for customers, and at £205/kg I can't blame them.

Sunshine you know I can take a joke like the next guy but this thread has been around longer than you, would be nice if you could take it serious and not troll the damn thing up. Can see why this was in the cooking section now. And if you actually took a picture of your shit that's fucking weird man. Hard to tell when your serious or trolling.

And to everyone else, tell us what you ate, take a picture, comment on someones food, else keep it to another thread.
