Made my grilled cheddar during halftime.
It's just one of those little blocks not big slices.
I doubled up on the cheese this time but still no 'extra sharp' taste.
The summer chili was great and Hot!
2 diced habaneros in the pot.

A trick that almost no one knows about, always butter the inside of the bread when making a sandwich, especially a grilled cheese! ;)

That cheese sounds awsome ,a soft blue cheese YUM !
It really is. It's the texture of brie or a nice camenbert cheese; but it has this very mild blue cheese flavour. So delicate, so creamy.... and best after it's been left on the counter for about a week! :D

Fillet mignon can actually be made from horse meat.... :D

Supposed to be delicious too....
I was joking with you clint. The seattle seahawks football team beat the denver broncos yesterday really bad in the superbowl. Horse meat on the other hand tastes just fine. Its just like beef in flavour and if you made say ginger beef (horse) or any marinteed style preperation 99 out of 100 people wouldnt know it wasnt beef. Thats why all those european countries got in trouble for mixing horse and ground beef together, cause you cant tell the difference. :):):)

Oh aw you got me again !!!! I am so gullable .
I think horse meat sounds just fine , i would have a go .
Like you said tastes so similar to beef you wouldn't know the diff , can't be to far away from all those kind of animals like beef , buffalo , bison , wilderbeast etc

seriously guys, my boss actually said he preferred the brand that had the horsemeat in it, he brings stuff like that to microwave for lunch. he's like a seed breeder he systematically works through and finds his preferred brand and low and behold. cheval came out trumps.

wake n baked today poached egg on bacon & toast for breaky

Do it nutes , beef is right on the money there !
I always butter my bread on inside .....
Butter is flavour , butter is our freind !!!
They would butter every piece of bread, even if you were going to put catsup or mayo on next.
They were 3/4 from England and I know it's a tradition there to butter your bread.

What was that song???

Butter creates a barrier so that ketchup and stuff like lettuce, tomato, or other things with moisture in them don't make the bread soggy.

Mayo forms a nice barrier too as long as it doens't sit on the bread for too long; but I always put butter down too.

And clint is bang on - butter is love! Everyone wants lots of love! :D
